For a quiet and comfortable ride, 8 specially manufactured wheels and bearings on the carriage ensure a quiet and comfortable movement of the bearing carriage. Wheels and bearings help to reduce friction and minimize noise.
Durable and high-quality aluminum rails ensure the bearing carriage is durable and long-lasting. Aluminum rails are resistant to rust and corrosion. They are also lightweight, which makes the bed carrier easy to transport.
The long wide mat mattress and the sliding mattress covered with orthopedic foam of the same width increase the comfort of the mattress carrier. The sliding mattress covered with orthopedic foam supports the user’s lumbar and back health.
The springs are special steel coil production with different resistances for each color, making it even easier to adapt the carrier mattress to the user. The different resistance of the springs allows the user to adjust the firmness of the mattress carrier according to their weight and preferences.

HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS
The solid wood used in the body is cut with CNC Technology. Thus; Robust and Aesthetic material has been obtained. All materials from the smallest materials used up to the steel bolts of the wheels under the carrier were produced and used as a result of detailed R&D studies.
30mm thick solid beech wood is used in the body.
Wooden wedges are used instead of iron screws in order not to spoil the properties of the wood. Wooden accessories are made of hornbeam wood.
Carrier pipes are made of 2mm thick 100% chrome material in order to be suitable for high weight bearing and durable.
Lock and connection apparatus are special casting production.
